MODULE 1
SEX ED. 101
Let’s face it, the traditional sex ed. we received in schools did not offer a comprehensive view on sexuality. Merely learning about basic sexual anatomy and childbirth does not cover the breadth of the sexual experience and often adds to the negative associations that we develop about sexuality very early in our life experience.
What if we could be open and honest about acknowledging the fun and excitement that can be associated with taking ownership of your sexual self, while leaving the door open for questions and concerns as they arise? Do you think we would still experience the same amount of discomfort, guilt and shame often associated with SEX?
MODULE 2
Understanding Sexual Desire
There is a difference between desire and arousal. Desire more commonly refers to our mental/emotional “wanting” of sex, it’s our libido, or a sense of “being in the mood,” while arousal refers to our physical/physiological response to a sexual stimuli. Because they are connected, many people lump these two occurrences together, although they are two separate processes within our sexual experience. We can have one without the other, and we can have one before the other. This module helps you identify what helps to draw you into intimate moments and what tends to pull you away from sex.
MODULE 3
Relationship with SELF
Sexual desire is deeply entwined with your feelings about yourself…. If you don’t feel good or comfortable in your own body, you’re less likely to share your body with someone else. Positive self-esteem also leads to a greater sense of self-worth. When we feel worthy of love and connection, we’re more likely to engage in and be receptive to intimate experiences. When we feel good about ourselves, we often feel alive and vibrant; this vibrancy is often magnetic and draws others in, especially your sexual partners.
MODULE 4
Relationship with OTHERS
Relationships are the cornerstone of our lives, as the people we surround ourselves with and the connections we form shape who we are and how we perceive and respond to the world around us. How would you describe the quality of your most significant relationships?
This module will help you navigate through common misconceptions of intimacy, sex and sexuality, as well as help you overcome negative and destructive thoughts you may have about yourself and/or your partner.
MODULE 5
Holistic Self-Care
Stress can become a major “brake” to our sexual desire and sexual response in several ways. One major way is the increase of stress hormones, which significantly decreases our ability to access other “feel good” hormones. It is also experienced in both the mind and body, as we often experience a physiological response when something is affecting us mentally and emotionally. Some people use sex to help manage day to day stress, while stress shuts others down mentally, emotionally and physically.

I’ve worked with all types of women who have faced consequences of growing up in a society that censors women. So many of the women that I have worked with through the years, have faced similar struggles as you about not knowing who they are at the highest expression of their sensual self. This journey requires you to take a deep look at yourself and rewrite the narratives you have built for yourself through the course of your life. It asks you to take a look at your relationship with your divine feminine, your confidence, your courage to show up fully as yourself, and most of all- your dedication.
